Using 55r Terms and Conditions

1Introduction & Acknowledgement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the 55r platform (https://55r.wine) and applies to all services offered on the platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 55r, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

55r's Terms & Conditions have been written with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, the English version shall prevail in all legal matters. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 55r.

2Eligibility & Registration

3Account Management

Once you open an account on 55r, you are fully responsible for the following:

• All activities and transactions carried out on the account.
• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure.
• Reporting any suspicious activity on your account to 55r immediately.
• Keep your personal information up to date to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

55r will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests your password claiming to represent 55r, it may be a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

55r supports direct deposits and withdrawals in BDT. Transactions via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT are all supported. The payment-related Terms & Conditions for 55r are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount set by 55r must be observed at all times.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be held if there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

5Betting Rules

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system or technical error may be voided.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to 55r's established rules.
• In any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports match, 55r's decision is final.
• Any bet or winnings associated with match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided if evidence is found.

55r is not liable for disconnections during live betting. If the connection drops before a bet is confirmed, that bet will not be recorded.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

55r offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Specific wagering requirements must be met to qualify for any bonus.
• 55r sets the minimum odds for bets placed using bonus balance.
• The same person may not claim the same promotion more than once.
